 We are registered for permanent absentee voter status and our ballot arrives about 2 monthes before the actual election day. We use the computer for research but prefer not to trust voting machines until they offer a paper trail. Voting before election day allows you to choose the time and place to fill out your paper ballot. If you have a dense schedule it is the best way to participate in an election. The last time I voted at a polling place I couldn't find a place to park and the line was out the door. Raise a glass to free elections and vote in the comfort of your own home. |
